Is there a minimum order requirement for custom cookies?

The minimum order requirement is one dozen standard size (3-4") or one dozen mini size (Vary 1" to 3" inches in size) or a mix of one dozen Mini (6ct) and Standard (6ct) size cookies.

What flavor are your custom decorated cookies?

All cookies come in vanilla bean flavor and decorated with vanilla royal icing, a combination of vanilla, icing sugar and meringue powder. Specialty cookie flavors are available as an option on the "CUSTOM ORDER INQUIRY" form.

How are your cookies packaged?

All cookies come individually bagged and heat sealed for optimal freshness. Cookie sets are packaged in a windowed bakery box or kraft paper basket with shredded paper and ribbon or twine accent. *Ribbon can be added to each individually bagged and heat sealed cookie for an additional fee of $6 per dozen.

How long do your cookies stay fresh?

Once heat sealed, cookies are fresh for at least two weeks. They can also be frozen if your date changes or you have extras, simply freeze and unthaw to room temperature in the heat sealed bag. *Cookies must be at room temperature before opening the bag or condensation can form and damage the icing on your cookies.

Where are you located and what areas do you service?

We are located in McKinney, Texas and have service available to the local DFW area.

Do you deliver?

We offer local pick-up in McKinney, Texas. Some delivery may be available depending on availability.

Can you ship your cookies?

​Under the Texas Cottage Food Law, it is illegal for us to ship our cookies. We have local pick-up in McKinney, Texas.

 

​How far in advance should I order?

​We require at least two weeks notice for custom orders. To inquire about a custom cookie order, go to "CUSTOM ORDER INQUIRY" tab.

What allergies should I be aware of?

Our cookies contain milk, wheat and eggs. Our kitchen is not a nut free zone and currently we do not offer gluten free cookies from a certified gluten free kitchen. GF cookies are made with gluten free ingredients but can contain traces of gluten due to being made in a kitchen shared with other baked items that aren't gluten free. Please be aware that ingredients may have been manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.
