The owner and operator of Red Velvet Cookies and Baking Company LLC, a small home based bakery operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law in McKinney, Texas.

I have culinary arts degree with a background of professional experience working as a bakery manager and pastry chef. I love decorating cookies and few of my biggest inspirations are Arty McGoo & Sweet Sugarbelle! The name of my business was inspired by my sister who loves my red velvet sugar cookies! One thing I really enjoy is a great cup of coffee with a cookie of course!
